Virus yang membuat File .doc atau .xls berubah jadi .exe. Cara mengembalikan kembali file word atau excel yang menjadi exe, dengan langkah seperti dibawah ini.

Langkah-langkah :

1. Buka Task Manager dengan menekan tombol (ctrl+alt+del) secara bersamaan

2. Klik Processes, lalu cari file bernama kspoold.exe

3. Lalu klik End Process,

4. lalu OK

5. Masuk di drive C:windows/system32,Cari file bernama kspoold

6. Lalu hapus

Langkah-langkah penyelamatan file .doc/.xls yg telah berubah jadi .exe. (untuk review saja, virus ini hanya merubah file di flash disk)

1. Buka flash disk

2. Cari semua file .doc/.xls yang telah berubah jadi .exe

3. Double klik satu demi satu file yang telah berubah jadi exe, setelah itu tutup kembali.

File .doc/.xls tadi akan berubah lagi jadi .doc dan tidak akan berubah lagi jadi .exe . karena file induk virus yg bernama kspoold tadi telah di hapus. anak virus ini gak bisa nginstall dirinya lagi ke komputer anda, karena virus ini bisa hidup jika file induk virus ini masih ada.
